Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Classfeel mobile application or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you individually and that organization.

2. Description of Service

Classfeel provides a school management and classroom communication platform that allows authorized schools, administrators, teachers, and parents to manage school operations and share classroom updates. Access to the Service is granted on a role-based basis as determined by your school or organization.

3. Eligibility

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an authorized representative of a school, a teacher, or a parent/guardian of an enrolled student
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@classfeel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. School and Administrator Responsibilities

Schools and school administrators who register on Classfeel (“School Accounts”) take on the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all users added to their account (teachers, parents) are authorized to access the Service
  • Obtaining any required parental consent before entering student information into the platform, including consent required under COPPA and any applicable state laws
  • Ensuring that use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including FERPA and any applicable student data privacy laws
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date user records and removing access for users who are no longer affiliated with the school

Classfeel is not responsible for a school’s failure to meet these obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Share student information with unauthorized parties or use it for any purpose outside of legitimate educational communication
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user’s account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
  • Impersonate any person, school, or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

6. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post through the Service, including posts, comments, and photos (“User Content”).

License to Classfeel

By posting User Content, you grant Classfeel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you post. Classfeel does not pre-screen User Content and is not responsible for content posted by users.

Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the Service.

7. Student Data

Student information entered into the Service is treated as sensitive educational data. Classfeel will not:

  • Sell student data to any third party
  • Use student data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Share student data outside the scope described in our Privacy Policy

Schools retain control over student data entered into the platform. Upon request, we will assist schools in accessing, correcting, or deleting student data in compliance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its design, software, features, and branding — belong to Classfeel and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for features such as file storage and push notifications. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Classfeel is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLASSFEEL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Classfeel and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any student data you enter into the platform without proper authorization or consent

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. School accounts wishing to close their account and request data deletion should contact us at hello@classfeel.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed by contacting us at hello@classfeel.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ghana, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
